A: If your About Me text information is too long it will not work.

Q: What should I do if my about me text is too long?
A: Copy your about me text from Gaia Online into a text file and save it to your desktop. Then delete your about me text information from your Gaia Online about me text field. Now try re-installing your selected page design from Coolpresets again. If the installation is successful you may open up your about me text that was saved to your desktop. Copy the information from the saved text file on your desktop and paste it into your about me text field on Gaia. Once you've done that scroll to the very bottom of the page and press the Save All Changes button.
Q: How do I uninstall a page design?
A: To uninstall a page design all you must do is navigate to your Profile Preferences. Once you are there you will see a section that is labeled Theme Override. Under this section of your profile preferences you will see a field with your profile's current CSS code. What you must do is right click inside of that field and in the pop up menu you choose Select All. You are to then press your delete or backspace key on your keyboard once the CSS code inside of that field is selected. Now you must scroll to the very bottom of your profile prefences page and press the Save All Changes button. Your page design should now be uninstalled.
